You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents including passports, visas, and any required health certificates. Harbor-beam can provide guidance but bears no responsibility for denied entry or travel disruption due to inadequate documentation.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, repatriation, and personal liability. Harbor-beam is not responsible for costs arising from events covered by travel insurance.
Harbor-beam acts as an intermediary between clients and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators). We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or defaults of these providers, whether negligent or otherwise.
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, pandemic, or government restrictions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by you for the affected services.
